"The most important point is to accept yourself and stand on your two feet." - Dogen Zenji

Be present. Be fully aware of yourself.  Live the moment and love who you are.  As life gets busy, remind yourself to pause and take a deep breath.  Slow down, feel yourself, re-center, re-balance and take back control.

Sleep

Sleep is the foundation of health and happiness.  When we get sufficient sleep, our brains are sharp, we feel enlightened and energized.

Exercises

It’s no secret that exercises promote health and longevity.  30 minutes of daily exercises ( strength, cardio and balance) help maintain optimum health and keep you happy.

Yoga

“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.” – Sakyong Mipham.  Yoga promotes balance and strength, and stills our minds.
